How You Can Make an Impact

Volunteering with your local volunteer fire department is great way to support the local community or even prepare for a paid career in the fire and rescue service. We are looking for people from a wide age range and backgrounds. If you ever thought about becoming a firefighter, an EMT, or just helping in the community, now is your chance to make it happen.

Membership Types

We are always looking for new members of all skill levels to join our team of highly trained and qualified firefighters. We are looking for passionate individuals who are willing to commit to serving their community and providing compassion and care to those individuals who are in need. 

For those interested in joining as a regular member, we ask that you be passionate, committed and willing to sacrifice your time to assist those community members who are in need of our help.  You will form great friendships and bonds as a volunteer that will last a lifetime all while assisting your community.  Along with camaraderie and confidence, here are a few other important perks of being a volunteer:

  • Free Training — Fire & EMS (CPR & AED)
  • Uniform provided upon completing probation
  • Community Events
  • State Certifications & Opportunity to obtain federal certifications
  • Opportunity to attend training at special schools through the state and country (prerequisites)

For those interested in joining as a junior member, we ask that you be passionate, committed and willing to sacrifice your time to assist those community members who are in need of our help.  You will form great friendships and bonds as a volunteer that will last a lifetime all while assisting your community.  Along with camaraderie and confidence, here are a few other important perks of being a junior member:

  • Free Training – Fire & EMS (CPR & AED)
  • Qualify earlier for a Regular Membership
